Our name "Kaizen" means improvement and pertains to all aspects of life. Kaizen Shotokan Karate is a non-profit club formed in 1989 and moved to its present location in 1993. Our group is affiliated with the Western Washington Shotokan Karate Club (WWSKC) in Bellevue & ISKF.
